Applications now open for Doctoral Network

The European Doctoral Network “A Coherent Analysis Framework for Emergence in Biological Systems” (CAFE-BIO) is recruiting 15 Doctoral Candidates for fully funded PhD projects across 12 leading European institutions. 

These projects use tools from statistical physics to tackle big questions in biology, from subcellular processes to whole populations, in complex, real-world conditions. 

You’ll gain international research experience, structured network-wide training, and opportunities for academic and industry secondments, all leading to a PhD degree.
